First snarl of the day

and it's not even 10 yet.

M and T were in T's office being loud. I got up and told them "You two are loud, you know that?"

Now I feel somewhat bitchy. But they ARE loud. Especially when everyone else is working...

I can't say Aeroplan didn't warn me, but honestly... how long have I been on hold now?
