If you mean people trying to get onto the bus from the back when you are exiting... haven't seen that as often in the last couple of years since they started putting armed constables on to check for proof of payment/transfers and just generally to discourage people from being dickheads.
Though again without knowing what you are exactly talking about and which area... cause Toronto is a wee bit of geography and all hard to say
