electriclandThe City Hall skating rink is presently a lake. There was a very pissed-off seagull standing in the middle of it as I passed.
Memo to visiting heads of state and their spouses: try not to wear anything that will clash with (a) the Canadian flag, (b) the Mounties. Really.
ETA: OK, that's actually Sheila Martin, who really should know better. But my comment still stands:
