OK, this is two weather posts in a day, and I apologize, but... it's 17°C out there! (That's 63°F, for those of you that don't speak metric.)

Previous record: 13.3°C. (OK, so this isn't completely unprecedented, but still, WTF?)

This is bizarre and abnormal and I disapprove, partly because this gives me wardrobe problems.

don't worry, the cold front we're having should get there by tonight, and tomorrow you'll probably have snow!

true. although we are a little worried that the sudden change in temperature will be too much and the Earth will shatter.

I am quite jealous! They said all week today was supposed to be almost 60, and it's barely 40 :(

I simply can't tolerate this attitude of yours! Undo your heavy parka and get out there and shop!!!!

It's the Toronto way - and we may not get this again until April!

I wonder if there are any patios open tonight. hmmm

Ugh, we've had the same thing for the past week.

It's supposed to drop 40 or 50 degrees some time in the next several hours.

My joints and sinuses are not happy.

Break out the bikinis!

It's been equally wierd in the antipodes. We're having a summer that's rarely over 30 degrees - you can sit quite comfortably in a computer room, without sweating. Nights are gorgeous, like an endless autumn. Sometimes you need blankets, even. It's unnatural really, but no-one here is brave enough to mention it in case it stops and we go back to stinking hot and humid.

...though with stinking hot and humid we'd get some kickarse lightning storms. :( (Bring the noise!)

hey, we had a lightning/thunder storm last night! A small one, but still! Sheesh!

I did suggest swimming in the City Hall skating rink, but for some reason nobody took me up on it.

But my feet are sweaty. :(

I know what you mean. I had serious trouble picking out a jacket this morning. I ended up choosing the wrong one (it didn't really match the rest of my outfit) and I cursed myself all day because of it. On the metro I said to myself, "NO! You should have picked the brown leather one!" I was in misery all day.
