You have the worst table of contents system of any medical journal ever. Ever. Counting the Lancet, which makes you hunt for theirs.

I'm not kidding about this.

As an ex-librarian, I had to go and try. And you are right. According to the table of contents, 2003 vol 8 No 2 consists of page 61 only, and No 3 starts on page 127 or something!

I think they only provide PARTIAL text on the pulsus site. Maybe. Dunno. Wierdness. But YAY! You have it!
