House update

I hired a surveyor. At least, it was all done by voicemail, but as far as I know I hired a surveyor.

Have decided that the only way to keep from having a nervous breakdown and/or hysterical screaming fit is to focus only on the next task at hand. Accordingly: must choose bathroom tile.

Must not worry about appliances, elevation drawings, permits or anything else just now. No. Bathroom tile only.

Doooood - that was definitely a fixer-upper you guys bought!! Luckily you have help to undo the damage renovate. It's not as bad as it looks. Really. Right? Right??

It's really not that bad -- it's in excellent shape structurally. And the 3rd floor looks SOOOO much better with the nasty walls all gone.
