Friday's house report
Jul. 25th, 2005 10:05 amTook Friday off due to incipient cold which never materialized. But I slept a lot and I think it helped. Am positively looking forward to a day in the air conditioning because my lungs, they no like the crappy air quality. Bleh. The frigid temperatures seem like a small price to pay, and I brought a sweater.
Here's my aunt's Friday report:
Here's my aunt's Friday report:
Fed the hooligans bread, cheese, meat, pate, cucumber and tomato.
The third floor steps are almost finished. I mentioned the joys of decorative moulding. Dan and David laughed a lot. Evidently, a constant theme of the morning's conversation was the nature of R's vision correction prescription, i.e. what finishing flaws are you least likely to see. Dan mentioned Escher. There are no right angles in the house.
John was in the basement, wiring as usual. He asked me if I'd seen his snake. I said I thought it was at the house. It was suggested that it could well be hidden under the piles of stuff John has collected in the basement.
The bucket and mop have been returned.
Cheers. H
