Bad news this morning -- my grandmother is in hospital. Unclear how bad things are, but it sounds like she has galloping pneumonia at the very least -- no joke at 94. My mother spent the night there and thus is working on an hour and a half of sleep, but went to Granny's apartment to bring her things (including her teeth). I'll go see her today if that's possible. (Although given that I still have the dregs of a cold, it may be more responsible to stay the hell out.)

Anyway, please keep her in your thoughts.
