House update: Friday

My aunt reports:

Today for lunch, Dan, John and I had lunch at Gabby's. I ran out of time, food and inspiration. (Not to mention airspeed and altitude.)

John was working on school stuff. Dan put up 70-lb sheets of drywall in the front hall all by his lonesome. Gill finished painting Robin's third-floor bathroom and mentioned, in passing, that it is now ready for facility installation.*

Dave and Dan will be in on Sunday.

*This is a Good Thing because, in case I haven't mentioned, my toilet is currently sitting on the roof. Could we be any more white trash?

well, I hae had a toilet sitting on my PATIO for three years now.... Perhaps this will be the summer it gets moved?? *hopeful*

There is a certain toilet theme out there. cretkid has one in her backyard that was there when she moved in (it's a planter now).

I took pictures! But on a film camera, so it may be a while before they're developed. But it has been commemorated.

Hmmm. No, the roof is in its usual spot. There's a lot of other crap in pieces in the yard, though. I took pictures of that too. Our neighbours must love us so much!
