scapersuse posted made me recall my all-time favourite I-think-I'm-getting-sick comfort food: spicy beef udon soup from Ichiban. The BEST. Soup 'n' starch 'n' spice. And spinach, so you got your vitamins and everything.
They're closed now. Too bad, because I'd really like some.
