Nah, plain ol' 'murrican cheese. But seriously, I can't help it - with the exception of one Irish great-grandmother (who's on my dad's side & therefore gets the blame from my mom for, well... me) the whole family is German Austrian Hungarian all the way down the line. I went to the Highland Games in NH & my brother & I were the only ones that were willing to try haggis. Everyone else was grossed out, & we were all, "Not bad, man. A lot like bloodwurst with more rice*. Got any ketchup?"
