Finally, National Geographic has some really cool and well-done multimedia/immersive learning features. Here are three: Egypt Rainforest Midway (be sure to choose the "Dive Down" option). (For a change, this is legitimate research I'm doing, rather than merely screwing around on the web for the hell of it.)
Am wondering if I find these cooler than other people would because I know what would be involved in putting them together, or if others are as thrilled by them as I am?
