electriclandhm. CBC is doing "how have you been frightened by your house?" (in a scary-movie kind of way). In this spirit...
My apartment has ghostly footsteps. Actually they're not ghostly at all, it's because my apartment (3A) was presumably carved off from 3, next door, and we share floorboards. When my neighbour walks through his apartment late at night, it sounds exactly as though there's someone in my apartment.
Five (!) years later, I've grown fairly accustomed to this. But it still freaks me out occasionally.
