Went to the party. It was fun. There were 2 people I had worked with and I talked to a couple of others... felt awkward, though. I'm not so good at parties full of strangers, even if we do have a common interest.

Sadly, no math teacher. Either he didn't go or he left before I got there (I didn't make it until around 11 -- started late, collected car, diabolical traffic). Sad. I can either start staking out the mountain or accept that it wasn't meant to be.

Now, what do I need to take with me tomorrow? Aside from my bathing suit.

Oh well. This is life. Still was VERY good you went. Yay you! As for stake out vs. acceptance? Both seem like viable options to me :).

As for what to take with you: Don't forget your towel! And a good beach read (nothing to heavy, literally OR metaphorically ;).
