Online at home once more
Jul. 28th, 2003 11:02 pmFinally checked my home email. Messages: 214. Messages that aren't spam: 22 (more than I thought). I have sent a stiff note to my ISP (I wouldn't have been so snippy if they didn't tout their amazing! wonderful! stop spam at the source! software, which apparently doesn't apply to my particular domain for some reason, all over their site), but does anyone have any suggestions for decent spam-block software?
Oh man, I have to update the website. Argh.
Haven't tidied. However, I did buy groceries and cooked and did dishes (yes! yet again! it's been a whole week now!) and took out the garbage and phoned around regarding the family get-together next month (Granny's travel plans changed AGAIN), so I feel somewhat virtuous. My parents are in (OK, next to, you smart-alecks) Georgian Bay according to Granny -- it's their 36th anniversary tomorrow.
Listened to Bellwether on CBC -- I want my copy back!
crankygrrl, do you have it still?
In other news, the Daily Grist is back and I adore this plan to turn the former Iron Curtain into a nature reserve.
This is a very exclamation-marky post. I'm going to do a wee bit of work on my CV and get to bed.
