Aug. 26th, 2003 07:18 pmOK. I like this. Big scary project is at the stage where I can contemplate the ratio of work remaining to time remaining without screaming my head off. There's still a lot to do, but (a) I now believe we can get it done, (b) I will be around to supervise it. So that's good.

| Method 1: 1. Notice typo. 2. Take screen shot of typo. 3. Print screen shot. 4. Mark correction on printout. 5. Give correction to programmer. 6. Ask about status of correction a couple of times. 7. Receive word that fix is made. 8. Check fix. 9. Repeat steps 1-8 as necessary or until insane. Method 2: 1. Notice typo. 2. Highlight correct text in storyboard. 3. Make comment in storyboard requesting that programmer fix typo. 4. Tell programmer there is a comment. 5. Explain correction. 6. Ask about status of correction a couple of times. 7. Receive word that fix is made. 8. Check fix. 9. Repeat steps 1-8, etc. |
