Without putting too find a point on it, free speech means that they have every right to say that... say it loud... say it proudly even.

And believeing in free speech means, I have to agree that they have that right. Putting it in a public park seems a little too like state sanctioning of the statement though. Then again, I'd be against the 10 commandments being sactioned by the state also... so that's an entirely different issue
