I will have you know I was in bed by 11 last night. And up at a decent but not ungodly, hour. Then I started to get MAJOR pain while in the shower, and so it was advil, heating pad and back to bed for another hour or two until the pain subsided. I really hate endo sometimes...
The pain left me somewhat wasted and craving coffee. SO THERE!
