So I went and (finally!) saw Love Actually at the Forum. It did me all kinds of good. Just what was called for: fun little movie with a terrific cast and mostly happy endings.

Poked my head into Legends of the Forum to see if I could spot red_sneakers, but couldn't.

And I walked home, which reminded me that perhaps the people who swear by long underwear are onto something. I did realize as I walked that, thinking it over, yesterday was actually a day of finding out things are not as grim as they first appear, so hopefully this trend will continue.

Despite the recent rise in temperatures, I'm still feeling cold in my bones, so tonight (hurrah for paycheques!) I'll be going on a long underwear and fleece spree!

I think you should therefore go to <a href="http://www.mec.com>Mountain Equipment Coop</a>! Place of the wonderous long underwear and fleece! also, there is now one open in Montreal! And their prices are good -- you have to buy a 1 time memebership for $5, but you will save more than that in your first visit. Plus did I mention the fun?

I've been to the MEC and found it to be lovely lovely...too bad its in such an inconvenient location for all of us users of public transportation!
