Was way cold last night, but now I can wander around with my coat open once again. Wish it would make up its mind.

Have I mentioned how much I adore my new very warm parka in an impractical colour? Yes? Well I'm mentioning it again.

Warm thoughts for my uncle John, who's having surgery today. Hope all goes well. Mummy says they're not keeping him in hospital overnight for fear of Norwalk disease.

Comparison-shopping on HMV.com, amazon.ca and chapters.indigo.ca is kind of fun but also kind of annoying. HMV's video listings suck (well, the one I wanted anyway) and chapters.indigo has next to no CDs (why?). Also, wild discrepancies in price/availability.

Oh, and I highly disapprove of HMV's search function. Try looking for Farscape videos and you'll find out why in short order.
