Hey, I could have saved myself all the trouble of searching them out by hand!
A shame the Natural Law Party and the Rhinoceros Party are no more.
Final list of candidates to be posted June 9th
To date (of COURSE Westmount-Ville Marie is at the end of every list), they are:
- Bloc Quebecois, who clearly are not interested in either the anglo vote or the frames-are-evil vote: Louis La Rochelle
In my riding? Cannon fodder -- although he's obviously conserving his energy, because I don't think I've seen any actual signs apart from the generic Bloc ones. - Conservative: Robert Gervais
His campaign office is on my way home. I honestly don't know at this stage if the Conservatives have a chance in Quebec or not, but I do rather hope they'll give the Liberals a run. The Tories seem to have done not altogether contemptibly in the last election. Will the Reform/Alliance factor improve matters? Doubt it... - Green: Brian Sarwer-Foner
McGill email address. No other info posted. He doesn't have a chance, but let's hope he's loud. - Liberal: Lucienne Robillard (incumbent)
Nothing against her particularly, she's been a good MP as MPs go. But I would like to see the Liberals shaken up. - NDP: Eric Steedman
He likely has no chance either. Also a McGill address! I sense a theme. Interesting background, hope I can learn more.
