Why is the CBC not running 24/7 coverage of the baby muskox story? I need to know what happens to him, dammit! You'd think we'd just narrowly escaped the fall of the government or something.

Well, I'm pleased. It's not that I have any particular fondness for the Liberals, but I would like to wait until the Gomery inquiry finishes up. Also, I do not wish to have a June election. I would have been very bitter and angry if Stephen Harper had managed to pull off a June election. The weather is just getting nice, and I have better things to do with my time (like renovate my house, move into it, spend time at the cottage, and drink beer) than listen to a bunch of politicians trying to get elected for the second time in just one year. Grrrr.

Traditionally, if I'm not mistaken, most of my fellow citizens feel the same way. We punish people who make us sit through spring/summer election campaigns. Just a thought, Stephen.

Hurray! Chance is on his way to the Yukon! He should arrive some time this afternoon.
