I saw the tour about 5 years ago, and enjoyed it. (Although I was tired by the end - I was pushing the horses through the routines along with their riders!)
The Royal Lippizan stallions on tour are NOT from the Spanish Riding School in Vienna (although I think many of the touring horses come from Pieber (sp?) - one of the Lippizan breeding farms). I caught a SRS morning rehearsal in Vienna, too, about 35 years ago. The touring Lippizans are pretty good, but the "real thing" is even better. :happy memories:
