You don't get Jack Chick comics north of the border? They are hilarious, and scary. Completely sincere, too. Stealth evangelists will leave these things behind with their tips in restaurants, or leave them at payphones. Hipsters collect them, too.

My friend Dan Raeburn wrote the essential history/commentary on Chick in The Imp, #2, but I don't know if you can still buy that anywhere.

I have a gigantic box of those things back in Winnipeg. Jack Chick has been an embarassment to evangelical Christians for years, and certain shouldn't be seen as any sort of ambassador for the Christian belief system. He's referred to the Pope as the anti-Christ in several tracts!
