LJ timesuckage has not helped (did I mention (a) my new desk is in a cubicle as opposed to being open to the four winds and the wide, cruel world, (b) my computer screen is at an angle that renders it nearly unreadable from the door, let alone from halfway down the hallway? Well, it's true), but I'm as done with this script as I think I'm gonna get tonight.

I really hope this gets easier. I shouldn't have agreed to take this damn projectlet, but there wasn't anyone else. (Can you still hear the echoes of me saying "I don't want to wind up doing the two jobs at the same time"? I can. There's this weird sound behind them, too, like somebody laughing. Odd.)

Bah.

Anyway... it's better. Will finish copy editing the ad agency's stuff (bah again -- they make 3 times what I do, can't they make a firm decision on the serial comma?) tomorrow. G'night.

You're so lucky. We're sharing desks, so if my next-chair neighbour turns around to say something to me, she looks right at my screen. I feel like a criminal every time I waste, as it were, time. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING. Dammit.
