electriclandSuddenly overwhelmed by fit of crabby nobody-loves-me-ness, probably brought on by a combination of the following factors:
1. I am still at work, checking over a project that is not really mine.
2. I have been feeling overwhelmed all week with the job change, and this is making me bitchy, and when I'm bitchy to others I dislike myself.
3. It's Formula One weekend, therefore there are loud sounds of other people partying outside my window.
4. I've been avoiding my voicemail, therefore I can't tell whether people actually love me or not.
5. Low-vitamin day.
6. A bunch of my colleagues went out for a drink and didn't invite me, probably sensing that I would snarl that I have too much work (see 1, above).
7. General feeling of being unable to get anything done all week -- hell, all month. My apartment is a pit.

moonlightjoy and mindrobber (and some chocolate with hazelnuts) have just cheered me up -- thanks! Think I will stroll up the street and check out the Fringe and maybe meet moonlightjoy later on.
