I sent out a list of furniture I was giving away to our Everybody list at 4:27. By 4:52 it was all spoken for. (I mean "all" -- one of my colleagues knows a couple who just arrived from Romania and will take whatever's left, so yay!)

Less to schlep to Toronto, woohoo!

Dunno yet, but I'm hoping the Beaches (near crankygrrl, cousin Jen, monkeycommando, et al...). I'll stay with my parents in Cabbagetown for a bit (hopefully not long enough for us to kill each other).

Rumour has it that vacancy rates are highish at the moment, which seems like it should be good for me.

I work in a real estate office and just now I asked out of curiousity. They're saying that things are a bit tight these days for rental properties (which defies logic to me since all these new condominiums were supposed to squash that).

But YAY! for Cabbagetown! You're close to everything with that location. Try to keep out of your parents hair and milk as long as you can!
