Anyway, they hate us. Lovely.

(It's not personal. It's not personal. They hated us before they'd ever heard of me.)

On the good side, the system's actually working now! -- mostly.

Do what Doctor Who does and offer them a jelly baby! (Or at least do it mentally - it sometime work for me). And remember, the worst they can do is threat to exterminate you with a plunger. :P

The support is much appreciated. Death, jelly babies, and underwear. Got it.

Why the hate? Um... well, because we sold them something that, frankly, doesn't do what we said it would do. Well it does NOW, but it's a year late. I wish we'd stop doing that.

I was an innocent bystander up until a week ago. Sigh. Now I get emails like this:

"My available time for a conversation tomorrow is virtually non-existent, but truly the only "status report" I need to hear is the estimated time for completion of the agreed upon solutions. I am very busy, so perhaps you can provide me with that information, and we can forgo a conversation."

Sigh. Anyway, calmer now. It's working! It's working! I have seen it with my own eyes.
