All I actually want to know is if the Toronto passport office is open. But apparently their servers are on strike as well. Grrrrr.

ETA: Are they even still on strike/in negotiations?

It says 10 days for in-person applications on the form, so I guess they're aiming for business as usual. I finally got off my butt and got a guarantor, so I just need to fill in the application.

you don't actually need a passport for mexico -- so it's not a panic (I'll be travelling on 2 pieces of id).
