Orgy o' TV-watching last night -- went over to cousin J's to watch with her and S.

Lost was fun. Still no stubble except for carefully tended versions on the boys. Those girls must be spending a lot of time on personal grooming, is what. I worry about their lack of attention to basic hygiene also -- we kept screaming "WASH YOUR HANDS! Keep those injuries clean! Have you people never heard of blood poisoning?" I mean, the antibiotics aren't going to last forever. Jeez.

I needed to get many recaps because I've missed so much, but I think I'm basically up to speed now. Will go over [livejournal.com profile] cleolinda's stuff later.

Alias was also fun, partly because viewed in the company of like-minded souls. I thought Sidney's bangs were very nice, but I'm not crazy about the wall treatments in her new condo. S kept saying "Seriously, these people? All of them need a copy of The Dance of Anger." We agreed that of the lot of them, Sloan is decidedly the most in touch with his feelings and is all about letting the dead past bury its dead and moving on.

Also liked the preview for next week quite a lot: "Your sister has sworn to kill the person who kill your mother!"

Um, yeah, Daddy, I know. I told you that, remember?

Still annoyed by SpyDaddy and Vaughn. Personally I always find it a huge turn-on when I'm basking in the afterglow and the boy (still breathing hard) starts talking about my father and work, how 'bout you?

Was quite hoping the cute Japanese-American villain would stick around, but oh no, instant impalement. Also really liked the fact they were all handling the highly unstable isotope of a non-existent element with their bare hands. Not to mention, it's taken them so long to get all this done (well, it felt like it) that it's probably all decayed into uselessness by now. (Why did they need it, anyway? Don't they have linear accelerators?)

Women on TV are actually mutants on whom bodily hair doesn't grow.
