electricland: (books ohi)

City Hall crawling with cops. Very odd. Not as many as this morning, when I counted 4 mounted cops, 2 on bikes, and at least 4 on foot in Nathan Philips Square, but still a lot more than usual. Are they worried about OCAP?

I got two books out (trying to keep my reading list under control and not get snowed under like I did at Christmas... which is not so easy, because I currently have 46 books on hold, and people keep mentioning new ones that sound interesting). Didn't need Clara Callan because I've borrowed my mum's copy (and must read it... oh well, I still have two weeks).

Speaking of which, I'm happy to report that the library's web interface is running again. Tuesday without it was dreadful.

Still slogging through my script, but making progress.

miss your long emails/plentiful posts. work is taking far too much of your time. hrrmph. What are those of us who are bored with our jobs and anxiously awaiting replies to emails to do?

big boo. and zen? ias highly overrated :D. Though if you remember the essay, it talks about zen too, and I am trying. Work vibe is highly stressful today, which is not happening. And I think my cute boots are a bit too big, but too late now.

I am feeling distinctly meh today.
