Today's Feminist of the Day: Rosalyn Yalow. Hurray!

One of the highlights of my Radiochemistry course (which was pretty much all highlight) was learning about radioimmunoassay. It was just so damn neat. Elegant, simple, effective. Truly a thing of beauty.

In other news... morning all! TTC strike is off, I made a lovely yellow binder for house-related bumf, and my package is supposed to be delivered today. Life is good.

Not in school any longer -- I escaped graduated in 1997. Chemistry degree. This is just reminiscent geekliness. ;)

What do you do?

I am a first year graduate student in Biomedical Sciences, which means I can end up in any one of 11 PhD programs. Probably land in Immunology. I'll know in about 2 months after I take preliminary exams.
