Dear Mr. Marat,
I thank you for your display of interest in my managerial services. Since my association with British legal firms, and my subsequent return to my native homseland where I hold a position of some import, I have heard various pleas simialr to your own and try to help whenever possible. Unfortuntely, to engage in such fund-management business with your superiors would place me in a complicated conflict of interest situation, as I already have an agreement with a Nigerian financial officer in a curently dispalced government. If you had sent me this messgae earlier, I would surely have favoured you, as I prefer less hot Russian oligarch to the far too sunny lands of Africa.

If in the future, when I become free of this obligation, I will be in furether contact. I cannot predict the time this will take, but I have nothing *but* time.
