So I'm wearing a skirt today, and I have questions:

1. Am I the only person whose skirts like to revolve independently around her body?
2. How do I persuade them to stop?

Nope, mine do too - I end up w/ the back zipper in the front, on the side, back in the back, etc. Quite annoying.

I have no idea how to stop it!!

grow hips? :D. Honestly, I am not sure. Different undies MIGHT help, but seriously, you are tall and slender and long waisted and not hippy. Migrating skirst are, methinks, an anatomical hazard for you. *shrug* But fabric choice and style of waist MAY make a difference.

I'm tall and thin, but short waisted and have Italian hips, and mine still move :( I have yet to find any sort of skirt that doesn't move all around :(

But perhaps going back to snugger waists might help. Although it happens even with fairly tight skirts.

Valcrow, or how ever you spell it... To the inside of your skirt and to your undies.... If you don't wear undies duct tape.... Those are the least drastic ways I thought of... I know I'm a chap and totally useless but you did ask!

Hmph. I have hips! raithen is quite wrong to say I don't have hips! Although they did used to be more pronounced compared to my waist. I need to get back to the gym.

I'm wearing an A-line skirt that sits quite low on the waist today. I suspect that's the problem.

disclaimer: electricland is beautiful, and has hips. And she has no pressing appearance need to run to the gym. HOWEVER, she is *NOT* hippy in the sense that most people think, at least not IMHO. ;)
