Nalo Hopkinson is a kick-ass and beautiful writer (who lives in Toronto). Last week, I found her blog (via The White List, which swestrup kindly posted). It's syndicated at naloblogger. It's wonderful. (And apparently her basement flooded slightly in Friday's storm, which gives me strong fellow-feeling for her.)

I'm behind on her work. I need to fix that.

But now that I'm a homeowner, I totally totally could! And she was just off to buy caulking and eavestroughs. I so relate.
