Oh man, that stuff's what I deal with every single day. Clinicians complaining about the lack of benefits analysis, systems consultancy, and training on the one hand, suppliers complaining about clinicians being contrary, unhelpful, and tight (financially) on the other. The National Programme for IT (Interesting Times, you'd think) has been under way over here for a couple of years now and nothing, NOTHING ever goes smoothly :) For the humble recruiter sitting on the sidelines, it's highly amusing. But having read the above account I think understand the clinicians a bit better now...
