House update: Tuesday - setbacks

Less happening today, apparently. Damn.

Today for lunch, John, Dan, David and I had chilli and corn quesadillas.

The bad news is that neither Brian the Tile or the duct clean-up guys showed up. It will come about.

Dan and David did greenboard in Robin's and Jen's bathrooms, and put up resilient channel around sewer stacks in bathrooms and the first floor ceiling.

To come, plastic pipe for kitchens and to run up to vent.

This just in!! [The House] will have a garbage pickup of kitchen waste!! Ours. Missed the truck. Geez, you guys don't even have kitchens--yet.

hrrmph. I posted about the fact that you should not get discouraged because these things happen and your house WILL get done, and I gave you chocolate to help you cope and everything and LJ is hiding it.
