House update: Thursday

My aunt reports:

Today for lunch we had cabbage rolls, not in deference to David's Ukrainian heritage, but in deference to the extremely large cabbage John bought at Vince's. The Ukrainian army, their relatives, friends and casual acquaintances can have the rest of it.

Three assistants of Wayne the Foam were there this morning, trimming, and Dan has become quite fond of them.

Dennis instructed David on the correct usage of the multiple water shut-off valves, did work, but did not come for lunch.

John was teaching.

Dan and David wrestled with plastic plumbing in the basement. This afternoon, they will continue to do same. John is dropping off heating duct plans at City Gas.

I'm a little scared by the idea of Dan striking up a friendship with Wayne the Foam's assistants.
