In a bid to irritate myself (OK, so it's research) I just checked Kidfluence: Why Kids Today Mean Business out of the library. I have read the first 5 pages and I am already very scared. When I have some room on my hold list I'll be getting Brandchild: Remarkable Insights Into the Minds of Today's Global Kids & Their Relationships with Brands as well. I have warned my officemates to expect lots of outraged quoting over the next few weeks.

(Are made-up words and subheads a prerequisite for marketing books, BTW?)
