Am happy to report that Mediterranean2Go have fixed their lentil supply issues. Am now very full of falafel platter, about half of which was the nummy rice/lentil dish whose name I cannot recall, but of which I am extremely fond.

(M2G is one of my 3 regular lunch places, the other 2 being Coconut Grove [roti] and Thai Tani [thai & things]. About 3 weeks ago I went in and ordered the same platter, only to discover that it came with PLAIN RICE only. Shock! Horror! Dismay! I asked the guy about this and he explained that their supplier was trying to sell them inferior lentils, and they weren't having any, so no lentil dish until that was sorted. Yesterday I went in and got a falafel sandwich and he said "Hey! We haven't seen you around in a while!" and I explained that it was because of the lentils, and had I known that they had them again I'd have ordered the platter. Today I came in and there was only rice again, but he spotted me looking and said "It's OK! We have it! We have it!" And they did. All is right in my world.)

it is, indeed, the small things. I, of course, am packing my lunch fairly religiously because we have not the yummy lunch options nearby. Or you know, anywhere within a 20 min drive (and since I get half hour for lunch, officially)....
