GIP and *squee*

My friend lent me a DVD with all the past series' episodes on it. It's quite good, so far! Plus I think Rose is quite hot, in that British way :)

I watched the first two. BBC production values always look a little ..... "off" to me. Am I crazy?

I'm anticipating being able to watch more of them, maybe once I'm done with this fershlugginer paper I keep whining about (but am, in fact, nearly prepared to sit down and write a draft of, tonight)

Not crazy (you're thinking of the mannequins, aren't you?), but I always feel it's part of the charm. ;) And actually they've done some AMAZING stuff later on in the series. Things really start to heat up in eps 3 & 4 and after that it's awesome...

You know what it is? It's the cinematography. I'm convinced they shoot on video instead of film. And, well, they're rushed. Or something.
