Somehow this feels terribly significant. There's a huge pile of old ductwork on the front lawn, too.

So glad to hear the duct guy finally finally showed up!!

The drywall stage likely won't last all that long, then its doors, trim and painting... the last 10% looks like about 90% of the work... its almost there :)
