House update: Tuesday

My aunt reports:

Today for lunch, Sonia, Dennis, Dan, Stuart, John and I had
chilli and toast, with tostitos and salsa and sour cream garnish.

Yesterday (I was out for lunch), John wired, Dan did more nailing of
strips, and Gill and Stuart installed Robin's medicine cabinet. Duct guys
came in. Will be back tomorrow.

Today, Dennis plumbed; Dan and John hauled 16 sheets of drywall; Stuart
strapped and drywalled. John is going off to teach.

And we continue on our merry rounds.

I also got phone calls about my floors.
Apparently we're getting quotes on refinishing.

You know, I just wanted to tell you how much I love reading the reports on the house. They're great.

I'm glad! I feel a little guilty about including them sometimes, or possibly cannibalistic -- but after all I do want a record of all this. And the ability to look back, of course. One day it will all be finished and marvellous.
