My mum is home. Her left wrist (which is her dominant hand, of course) is encased in plaster. She claims it doesn't hurt, except when she moves it, and she's supposed to keep wiggling the fingers.

Still, glad it's no worse.

She seems very cheerful, all things considered. I have already told her that if she is going to apologize every time I do something that she feels she should be doing (i.e. all the time), it's going to be a long 6 to 8 weeks.
