House update: Wednesday

My aunt reports:

Today for lunch, Dan, John and I had corned beef sandwiches
and coleslaw.

Dan has been working on drywall for the second floor pass-through and the
west wall* of Robin's dining room,** and firring around the chimney.

William has been working on the bay windows on the second floor.***

My serf is still with me. Without wanting Robin and Jen the gnash their
teeth, I would like to report that the kitchen is almost functional again.
Of course, there's backsplash, quarter round, drawer handles, etc. . . .
but it's livable-inable.****
