House update: Friday

Tomorrow, will either go up to the cottage or, if the weather is lousy, stay in the city and do house stuff. Jen has gone way, waaaay up north for the long weekend.
Today for lunch, Sonia made tuna melts--but for the hooligans at her house! My nepot* has gone off to work for a landscape company, which is a wise and sensible decision. I had mussels and sweet potato frites** downtown with the Chief Accountant from the OSC.*We were going to get a replacement hooligan, but no.
Gill primed on the third floor.*** William has finished taping Jennifer's kitchen, except for the corners of contention. William wants to see the cabinets before making a decision. John set up to install Rob's microwave and paid people. (John's been investigating dock systems for the cottage).
