I dropped by the house Friday afternoon, but didn't get much done -- had to pick up the van to help

stilldeepwater move.

Saturday's report:

Yesterday for lunch, Gill, Jen, Stuart, John and I had tuna salad sandwiches and corn on the cob.

Today for lunch, as above plus Robin had all-day breakfast, plus lamb kidneys.

Today, the workers experienced a geyser. In the process of moving Rob's bathtub to allow Gill to continue on with her third day of priming the bathroom, the bathtub was moved. This dislodged the caps on the plumbing and the water bounced off the ceiling and went streaming down the pipe holes, etc., very quickly reaching the first floor, where Jen was surprised. Water quickly turned off, and all is well.

Gill also cleaned as well as priming.

Yesterday John went on an early dump run. He installed Rob's dishwasher (which was tested) and trimmed the hedge.

Stuart has finished the bookcase/window seat. Robin installed two base cabinets in the kitchen.

Jen yesterday washed the painted walls and today scrubbed the brick walls on first floor. Excitement never stops.

Sunday's report:

Today for lunch, Rob, Jen, John, Mike and I had baked eggs, asparagus and croissants.

Rob sanded and primed the first floor hall. Jen primed her bedroom and cleaned. John bought air gun nails and an extension for a ceramic drill, and built a platform for Rob's dishwasher.

A lovely time was had by all.

Jen says she is sliding back into dope from hospair. Mind you, that was at lunch. We did get priming done in the afternoon.
