Lunch report
Aug. 4th, 2006 02:18 pmNo lunch report yesterday; farewell lunch for a colleague, at Pickle
Barrel (tasty, but a series of disasters).
Today: PC Spanish Paella
Stats: 365 g, 450 Calories, 13 g fat, 3 g fibre, 20 g protein,
10200 mg sodium
Cooking: Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, microwave for another 2-3 minutes.
First impression: Looks like paella. Again with the slightly chemical
smell, but then chorizo always smells like that to me anyway. Lots of
shrimp. The box is the large size, which is annoying because then nothing
else fits into the ziploc baggie I've been using.
Taste: Not bad at all! (although mind you I was concentrating on something
else.)
Label amusements: Spanish dancers.
Final verdict: Pretty good.
Will buy again: Probably, assuming I can hack the calories.
Fruit: Nectarines.
Yogurt: No Name, fat-free, 1 strawberry, 1 mixed berries..
