see, all I could think was that the moment he left the car, his chances of surviving dropped SOOOOO much. I know WHY he did it. but it's a basic survival fact. If you expect people to be looking for you, STAY PUT.
I was so incredibly saddened when I saw the news... I don't know why, really, because I barely knew the details of the story, but it's just such a tragic mistake. Knocks a lot of the joy-of-the-season right out. :(
