Which duelling official-looking page of the Nunavut Department of Health and Social Services, complete with different health ministers, is current?

Or this one? (Actually has useful information on it.)

If you figure it out, please tell me, because I'd quite like to know.

I vote for the second one. The first one claims it's "beta" and the second one has much more sophisticated html, indicating that it's more recent than 2000. The first one has pretty rudimentary html.

Although... hm.

Further poking reveals that Leona Aglukkaq is currently Minister for Health and Social Services (), though, while Levinia Brown is Minister of Community and Government Services. So that would suggest that the first site (http://www.gov.nu.ca/hsssite/hssmin.shtml) has more recent (although less helpful) information. (I wonder if those question marks I'm seeing are Inuktitut if you have the right browser thingummy? Which I clearly don't.)

Hmph. Why can't they just keep their site up to date, darn it?

No, I actually looked at that too and it's just junk. Go figure.
